Using This Website

You may use this website for lawful personal shopping if you have reached the age of majority where you live, or with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. If you order for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to act for it.

You must not:

• use payment information without authorization;
• interfere with the website, checkout, security, or another customer;
• introduce malicious code or attempt unauthorized access;
• scrape or copy website content for commercial use without permission; or
• misuse promotions, returns, refunds, or cancellation procedures.

We may restrict access or cancel an unshipped order when we reasonably believe the website or ordering process has been used unlawfully or fraudulently. Any refund will follow our Refund Policy.

Products and Website Information

We take reasonable care to provide accurate descriptions, photographs, material composition, colors, measurements, size information, care guidance, prices, and availability. Screen settings may affect color, and fit can vary by design and body shape.

Cotton, linen, ramie, lyocell, modal, and other plant-derived fibers may naturally vary in shade, texture, drape, or creasing. Natural variation does not excuse an item that is materially different from its description or otherwise fails a mandatory legal standard.

Product information may be corrected before an order is accepted. If a material error affects a paid order, we will contact you and offer an appropriate correction, cancellation, replacement, or refund.

Prices and Payment

The checkout page shows the item price, shipping charge, taxes collected by us, transaction currency, and total payable before you submit the order. The payment methods displayed at checkout are the methods available for that transaction.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full card numbers or security codes. Prices, promotions, and availability may change before purchase, but a later price change does not increase the price of an order we have already accepted.

Orders, Acceptance, and Cancellation

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order. Final acceptance occurs when we accept the order for fulfilment and send a dispatch confirmation, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. We may reject or cancel an unshipped order if stock is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, the address is invalid, fulfilment would be unlawful, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.

If we reject or cancel a paid order, we refund the affected amount to the original payment method. If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will provide a revised estimate and, where required, the choice to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a refund.

Customers may request cancellation before the parcel is handed to FedEx or DHL. Details are in our Cancellation Policy. After carrier acceptance, the Return & Exchange Policy applies.

Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Orders are normally fulfilled from a United States warehouse or an authorized European 3PL warehouse. Processing time, FedEx and DHL services, delivery estimates, tracking, customs, and failed delivery are explained in our Shipping Policy.

Intellectual Property and Third-Party Services

Website text, design, photographs, graphics, logos, and other materials belong to LINENROOT LLC or their respective licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may save or print order records for personal use, but may not reproduce or commercially exploit website content without written permission.

Payment providers, carriers, social platforms, and other linked services may have their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for an independent third-party website merely because linenroot.com links to it. This does not reduce our responsibility for service providers acting on our behalf where the law holds us responsible.

Website Availability and Liability

We work to keep the website secure, available, and accurate, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may maintain, update, suspend, or discontinue website features where reasonably necessary.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses caused solely by use or inability to use the website. For a claim concerning a specific order, any contractual liability limit will not exceed the amount paid for that order, except where applicable law does not permit that limitation.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, non-excludable product liability, mandatory consumer remedies, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Governing Law and Consumer Rights

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Dakota, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. Courts in North Dakota may hear a dispute unless applicable law gives the customer another forum.

Consumers in the European Union, European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protections retain the non-waivable rights and court access provided by the law of their place of residence. These terms do not require arbitration or waive protected collective or court proceedings.

General Terms and Updates

If one provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms remain in effect. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver. We may transfer our rights and obligations as part of a lawful sale, reorganization, or transfer of the business; customer rights remain protected by applicable law.

We may update these terms when our services, operations, or legal duties change. The revised terms and effective date will be posted here. Updated terms apply to future website use and orders placed after their effective date; they do not retroactively change an accepted order unless required by law or agreed with you.
