This Promotional Terms applies to discounts, promotional offers, free-shipping promotions, and other promotional benefits available on linenroot.com.

1. Email Subscription – 10% Off First Order

Customers who subscribe to Linenroot's marketing emails are eligible to receive 10% off their first order, subject to the eligibility conditions displayed at the time of subscription.

No promotional code is required. The 10% discount is applied automatically at checkout when the eligible subscription and first-order conditions are met.

The discount applies to eligible merchandise only and has no cash value.

2. Combining Promotions

Unless specifically stated otherwise, promotional discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers.

If an order qualifies for more than one promotion, the discount permitted by the applicable promotional terms and checkout configuration will apply.

3. Free Shipping

Eligible orders of USD 99 or more receive free Standard Shipping. Standard Shipping is otherwise USD 7.99.

Express Shipping is USD 12.00 where available and is not included in free Standard Shipping unless specifically stated otherwise.

Temporary free-shipping promotions may have different eligibility requirements, which will be disclosed with the applicable offer.

4. Promotional Periods and Eligibility

Promotions may be limited by eligible products, minimum order value, destination, customer eligibility, or promotional period.

Where additional restrictions or expiration dates apply, they will be displayed with the applicable promotion.

Promotional offers are subject to product availability.

5. Returns and Refunds

Products purchased with a promotional discount remain subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

For an eligible return, refunds are based on the amount actually paid for the returned product after applicable discounts .

Promotional discounts have no separate cash value and are not refunded separately.

6. Errors and Misuse

We may correct obvious promotional, pricing, or technical errors as permitted by applicable law.

We may refuse or cancel a promotional benefit where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, unauthorized use, or deliberate abuse of a promotion.

This does not affect applicable consumer rights.
