These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of linenroot.com and purchases made directly from Linenroot LLC.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

2. Our Products and Business Model

Linenroot sells new women's and men's clothing and apparel.

Our current business model includes owned inventory and fulfillment through authorized third-party logistics warehouses in the United States and Europe.

We do not currently offer subscriptions, memberships, automatic renewals, digital products, custom products, pre-orders, or gift cards.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

Guest checkout is available and creating an account is optional.

If you create an account, you are responsible for:

Providing accurate information;
Keeping your login credentials confidential; and
Informing us if you reasonably believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Our store offers adult clothing and is not directed toward children or minors.

A person who has not reached the age at which they may independently enter into a contract in their jurisdiction should use the site only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.

4. Product Information

We aim to provide accurate information about our products, including available descriptions, materials, fiber composition, sizes, colors, images, and prices.

Reasonable differences may occur because of:

Screen and device display;
Photography and lighting;
Natural characteristics of fibers;
Manufacturing tolerances; or
Other minor product variations.

These reasonable differences do not limit any legal rights you may have where a product is materially misdescribed, defective, or otherwise does not conform to the contract.

5. Prices and Currency

Prices are displayed on linenroot.com and confirmed at checkout.

The website may automatically display a localized currency based on your location and may use currency conversion.

The final amount and transaction currency displayed at checkout before you authorize payment are the amount and currency presented for that transaction, subject to any separately disclosed import charges payable outside checkout.

Shipping charges, including any applicable Standard or Express Shipping charge, will be displayed before payment.

6. Taxes, Duties, and Import Charges

Applicable product taxes are reflected according to the pricing and checkout configuration for the destination.

For cross-border transactions, import duties, customs duties, brokerage charges, or clearance charges may apply.

Unless checkout expressly states that such charges are included, import-related charges are not included in the amount paid to Linenroot and may be payable separately to customs authorities or the carrier.

7. Orders

When you submit an order, you are offering to purchase the selected products under the terms displayed at checkout and these Terms.

After an order is submitted, you may receive an automated order acknowledgment.

We may review an order before shipment for legitimate reasons including:

Suspected fraud;
Payment risk;
Unauthorized payment;
Sanctions or compliance concerns;
Material pricing errors;
Inventory errors;
Delivery restrictions; or
Other circumstances that make the order unlawful or impossible to fulfill.

If we cancel a paid order before shipment, we will issue the applicable refund to the original payment method.

8. Payments

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

Payments may be processed through Stripe and PayPal.

Payment providers may conduct authentication, fraud-prevention, security, or risk checks.

Linenroot does not receive or store your complete payment card number or CVV/CVC.

Your use of a third-party payment service may also be subject to that provider's applicable terms and privacy practices.

9. Order Processing and Shipping

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 calendar days after order confirmation.

Orders may be processed on weekends but are not processed or shipped on applicable U.S. public holidays.

Linenroot uses contracted fulfillment arrangements in the United States and Europe and uses DHL and FedEx for delivery.

Our Shipping Policy forms part of these Terms and contains additional information about supported destinations, shipping charges, free shipping, Express Shipping, estimated transit times, tracking, customs, and delivery problems.

10. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms.

Linenroot provides a voluntary 30-day return program for supported markets in addition to applicable mandatory consumer rights.

Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Nothing in these Terms or our voluntary return program limits statutory rights that cannot legally be waived.

11. Order Cancellation and Address Changes

If you need to cancel an order or change a delivery address, contact us as soon as possible.

We will attempt to accommodate the request before the package is handed to the carrier.

Because orders may ship before the end of the normal processing period, cancellation or address modification cannot be guaranteed after an order has been submitted.

If an unshipped order is canceled because Linenroot cannot meet an applicable dispatch commitment, the Shipping Policy describes the available refund options.

12. Acceptable Use

You may not:

Attempt unauthorized access to the website or another user's account;
Interfere with website security or operation;
Submit fraudulent orders;
Use another person's identity or payment information without authorization;
Introduce malware or malicious code;
Use automated tools in a manner that materially disrupts the website;
Attempt to circumvent payment or security controls; or
Use the website for unlawful purposes.

We may restrict or close an account after reasonable review where necessary to protect customers, Linenroot, payment systems, website security, or legal rights.

13. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content of linenroot.com, including website text, graphics, logos, photographs, design elements, and other protected content, is owned by or licensed to Linenroot and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the website for personal shopping and other lawful personal purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit, or otherwise use protected Linenroot content without authorization except where permitted by applicable law.

14. Product Reviews and User Content

If you submit a product review, photograph, or other content, you represent that you have the right to submit that content and that it is not unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, abusive, or intentionally misleading.

You grant Linenroot the rights reasonably necessary to host, store, display, moderate, and operate the review feature.

Submitting a review or photograph does not by itself authorize Linenroot to use your personal information or likeness in paid advertising where separate permission is legally required.

15. Third-Party Services

Some parts of our services depend on third parties, including:

Stripe;
PayPal;
DHL;
FedEx;
Fulfillment and 3PL providers;
Website and hosting providers; and
Other operational service providers.

Where you interact directly with a third-party service, that provider's own terms or privacy practices may also apply.

16. Website Availability and Corrections

We may maintain, update, modify, or temporarily suspend parts of the website where reasonably necessary.

We may also correct errors relating to product descriptions, prices, availability, or website content.

Nothing in this section permits Linenroot to avoid a binding contractual obligation or mandatory consumer remedy that applies under law.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Linenroot is not responsible for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or that result from unlawful or improper use of the website.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or limits liability, warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded, restricted, or limited.

These Terms do not impose a separate arbitration agreement, class-action waiver, or exclusive dispute forum.

Consumers retain access to complaint, regulatory, mediation, payment-dispute, and court remedies available under applicable mandatory law.

Nothing in these Terms deprives a consumer of protections that cannot legally be waived in the consumer's country or place of residence.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms prospectively to reflect changes in our business, website, services, operational practices, or legal requirements.

The version applicable when an order is placed will generally govern that transaction, subject to applicable law.

Material changes will be reflected through an updated effective date and any additional notice required by law.
